Managing Depression

Are you experiencing feelings of hopelessness and isolation? You are not alone. We can work together to find and address the triggers of depression. Using a combination of CBT and DBT, we work on identifying negative thought patterns and develop interpersonal skills to improve relationships and overall mood.

Overcoming Anxiety

Anxiety can be a normal part of life; tests, promotions, parenting. When does anxiety become a problem? Facing repetitive, anxious or racing thoughts? Trouble concentrating or making decisions? Let's work together to change these thought patterns. With the implementation of cognitive behavioral therapy methods, we address the root causes and devise ways to handle anxiety more effectively.

About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I help teens, young adults, parents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. I provide supervision to other clinicians trying to get their independent licensure.

When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends, reading or watching my dogs play. I do my best to put in the same effort I expect my clients to which means taking care of my own mental and physical health.
